Costs for delivery in UK mainland are between £150 – £240 depending on the size of the ramp and location.

Do you offer bespoke
 sizes?
If you would like a wider ramp than 16ft you can purchase and position two different ramps side by side.
Can I have an extension on my ramp?
We do offer extensions as an additional extra.

Extensions are a separate construction so that you can change the location of the extension, or take it off at any time.

Depending on how wide you would like your extension cost varies between £150 – £200.

What size ramp is right for me?

In order to to choose the right ramp you must consider a few different points. Space, Budget, What you ride, and your ability. Space and Budget are pretty self explanatory, what you ride will have a big part in choosing the correct ramp. For BMX even at an amateur level you will want a ramp that is at least 4ft high and has enough width to comfortably carve around. For Skateboarding even the top skaters will have fun on a 2ft high mini Ramp so it really comes down to personal preference, the same applies with scooters.

How can I protect my ramp against weathering?
You can leave your ramp in its naked timber state. However, we recommend painting or using a wood preserver on the plywood parts and surfaces, as you would with any outdoor timber products.

We can provide a cover for the ramp if you wish. A tarp cover is usually between £65 – £140 depending on the size of your ramp and the quality of the cover.

We can recommend treatment options depending on the finish and colour you want to achieve.

We use 18mm plywood for profiles/decks and two layers of 9mm plywood on the riding surface of our mini ramp kits. All the timber beams we use are 2”×4” tanalised, pressure treated for outdoor use. The coping is galvanised metal tube 48.3mm in diameter.

All the transition and deck profiles are CNC cut with additional slots machined in the frame to increase airflow. This will help the ramp to dry after bad weather.

All fixings are PZ3 6x70mm full thread passivated screws

Can you come and install the ramp for me?
We can provide install from £735, price dependant on location.
The install can take around 1-2 days build for two guys. Install cost includes travel & accommodation.
How long will it take for my ramp to be delivered after placing my order?
As we are a small independent business, we do not keep stock and all ramps are made to order. We aim to have your ramp finished and shipped within 2-4 weeks of the date of purchase depending on the volume of orders we have to fulfil at that time. When an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email informing you of our current lead time. If you are ordering as a gift or for an event then please make us aware of this and order in advance to avoid disappointment.
What materials are used in the Self Build Ramp kits?

Our ramp kit is made from very high quality plywood and timber construction.
We use only Latvian Chudo Birch plywoods grade BB/BB.
The layers of ply are bonded with Phenol exterior adhesive.

The strength and longevity of our plywood outdoors is far greater than the average cheaper plywoods.

What should I expect when unloading the ramp?
The ramp is delivered via truck and we recommend having some help to unload. You will need to unload the pallet from the delivery vehicle.
All parts can be lifted by one person – there are a lot of parts in your ramp so this will take around 15-20 mins to unload. The driver may not be able to leave the truck so you may need to carry the parts into your property.
This is recommended as a two-man task.
Does the ramp come with Instructions?
We will send instructions containing 3d images that will help with the building of the ramp.
How easy is it to build the ramp?
Building the ramps is quick and simple if you have a few basic DIY skills.
The build will take 1-2 days depending on the size of your ramp and is an incredibly satisfying project to complete.

All you need is a battery impact driver and a handy person who can follow our step by step build instructions.

All the profiles have 3mm recess for the beam slots. All the section beams, handrails, decks, coping and both layers of surface are cut to size.
What’s included in the kit?
The kit will include everything you need, all the timber and steel materials, screw fixings, coping caps and 3D instructions. You won’t need to go out and purchase any other materials!
If I keep my ramp outside, how can I protect it?
If you do keep your ramps outside then we advise that you treat/paint the ramp with either a varnish or exterior grade decking paint and reapply each year. We can advise on what is best to use upon purchase as some varnishes can make the ramp too slippery or sticky. We also recommend covering your ramp with a heavy-duty tarp in extreme weather conditions.
What materials are used to build the ramps?
Our ramps are built using high-grade BB/BB birch plywood. Birch’s core is unlike traditional plywood you may be used to seeing: the layers of inner plys are 1.5 mm-thick solid birch veneer, cross-banded, and laminated with exterior grade adhesive. It’s a recipe that results in a void-free core with a number of advantages including strength, stability and durability to name a few.
We also use tanalized timbers. This provides long term resistance against decay, insects and other wood-destroying organisms.
What measurements are taken to ensure the ramp is safe?
Unlike most other Mini Ramps on the market, our ramps include handrails.

We also recommend you wear all the necessary safety equipment when using the ramp.
